Responsibilities

Process vendor invoices and payments in accordance with financial policies

Verify, classify, and record accounts payable transactions

Maintain vendor contracts and records

Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries

Reconcile vendor statements and drop-ship invoices

Generate weekly AP aging, intercompany invoices, and check payments

Process credit card payments and prepare journal entries

Support month-end and year-end close activities

Qualification

Required

3+ years of accounts payable or accounting experience

Strong knowledge of AP processes and accounting principles

Advanced Excel skills, including large spreadsheets

Experience in a multi-company environment

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

Bookkeeping or Accounts Payable certification
