They are seeking a Technical Account Manager to serve as a technical advisor and primary point of contact for customers, focusing on delivering high-quality customer experiences through technical support and proactive account engagement.

Responsibilities
Support business by serving as a technical advisor and primary point of contact for customers utilizing in-voyage entertainment and connectivity (IFEC) solutions
Deliver a high-quality customer experience through hands-on technical support, issue resolution, and proactive account engagement
Partner closely with customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure reliable service performance and long-term client satisfaction
Act as a bridge between customers and internal stakeholders, translating technical requirements into practical solutions while helping customers maximize the value of their products
Work alongside the regional sales team to support account growth, renewals, and regional business development initiatives
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar role
Strong customer-facing experience
Engineering background
Experience within networking, software, cloud, or DevOps environments
Ability to deliver high-quality customer experience through hands-on technical support
Proactive account engagement skills
Ability to translate technical requirements into practical solutions
Experience partnering with customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors
Skills in supporting account growth, renewals, and business development initiatives
