Senior Regional Sales Account Manager

Drawbridge Recruiting & Staffing is seeking a Senior Regional Sales Account Manager responsible for leading sales growth and customer relationships across the Houston and Midland/Odessa regions. The role involves owning regional account strategy, driving revenue, and serving as a senior commercial and technical resource for customers utilizing plunger lift solutions.

Responsibilities

Own and grow key customer relationships across the assigned region to drive long-term retention and revenue growth
Lead regional business development efforts by identifying, pursuing, and closing new customer opportunities
Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives
Travel regularly within the Houston and Midland/Odessa markets to visit existing and prospective customers
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer production challenges and recommending appropriate technical and commercial solutions
Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer training related to plunger lift solutions
Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close sales within approved guidelines
Manage customer inquiries, cancellations, and service requests with urgency and professionalism
Provide post-sale support and coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure customer success
Analyze regional sales performance, market trends, and cost structures to identify growth opportunities
Meet or exceed regional sales targets and performance metrics
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and opportunity data in CRM systems
Support marketing initiatives by attending trade shows, conferences, and industry events
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and technical experts on custom solutions and complex customer challenges
Prepare and submit sales tickets, reports, and forecasts accurately and on time
Stay current on new products, market trends, and sales techniques through ongoing education

Required

Must have Oil & Gas Experience Industry
Significant Oil & Gas sales experience required
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required
Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships across a large geographic territory
Strong organization, time management, and self-motivation skills
Professional presence with the ability to engage effectively with customers at all organizational levels
Clear, confident presentation and communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Effective conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Positive attitude with sound business judgment
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred

College degree preferred
Artificial lift experience strongly preferred
Plunger lift and PAGL operations and optimization experience strongly preferred
Production operations knowledge and technical sales background highly desirable
