Responsibilities

Team Coordination: Supervise and support BIM modelers and electrical specialists

Field Collaboration: Act as the on-site BIM lead, coordinating between the jobsite, ENG’s remote production team, and other trades

Stakeholder Management: Maintain constant alignment with the client, project managers, and other disciplines

Project Execution: Guarantee model accuracy, constructability, and timely delivery

Technical Support: Mentor team members and provide guidance on standards and best practices

QA/QC: Review electrical models and drawings for compliance with project and quality standards before submission

Leadership: Represent ENG’s BIM expertise in coordination meetings, promoting proactive problem-solving and clear communication

Required

Bachelor's Degree or Technical Training in Electrical or Civil Engineering

5+ years of experience using Revit and Navisworks for Electrical coordination

Proven experience leading BIM teams and technical coordination for large projects

Strong client-facing communication and organizational skills

Experience with U.S. projects, codes, and construction standards

Proficiency in LOD 400/500 deliverables, prefabrication, kitting, and spooling workflows

Must be based in the United States and able to work on-site in San Jose, CA for approximately 2 years

Preferred

Experience in healthcare projects and large-scale commercial construction

Previous exposure to remote-team coordination from the jobsite

Familiarity with prefabrication and field installation workflows
