Healthcare Capital Strategy Advisor - Healthcare Executive Advisory Board Member

They are seeking a senior Healthcare Capital Strategy Advisor to support financial strategy and capital planning for their expanding treatment platform, working closely with executive leadership to ensure sustainable growth and alignment with clinical excellence.

Responsibilities
Provide strategic guidance on how capital should be deployed across clinic expansion, technology investment, clinical infrastructure, and operational scaling
Advise leadership on capital planning considerations associated with multi-clinic expansion, including timing, pacing, and use of proceeds
Support evaluation of clinic-level and enterprise-level economics to ensure capital investments drive sustainable returns and scalability
Provide insight into healthcare investment trends, market expectations, and capital efficiency benchmarks relevant to provider-based platforms
Advise on balancing growth ambition with financial discipline, risk management, and long-term sustainability
Serve as a thought partner to executive leadership on major financial and strategic decisions impacting enterprise value
Support development of strategies that enhance long-term enterprise value while maintaining alignment with ATCA’s clinical mission
Qualification
Required
Experience as a healthcare executive, investor, former operator, or physician-leader
Deep exposure to healthcare finance, capital allocation, and growth-stage scaling
Ability to provide strategic guidance on capital deployment across clinic expansion, technology investment, clinical infrastructure, and operational scaling
Experience advising on capital planning considerations associated with multi-clinic expansion
Support evaluation of clinic-level and enterprise-level economics to ensure capital investments drive sustainable returns and scalability
Insight into healthcare investment trends, market expectations, and capital efficiency benchmarks relevant to provider-based platforms
Ability to advise on balancing growth ambition with financial discipline, risk management, and long-term sustainability
Serve as a thought partner to executive leadership on major financial and strategic decisions impacting enterprise value
