Responsibilities
Experiential production for large scale events; managing all things from ideation to post-production for our clients and the agency
4-10+ years experience with brand event production, mastery from A to Z / ideation to post-production
Strong project management, creative, negotiation, organization and multitasking skills
Up to $1M+ budget forecasting, allocation, and management
Attuned to event industry trends
Solid negotiation skills for vendors, service, and venue contracts
Assistance with proposals and pitch meeting
Maintain and manage client/sponsor relations
Familiarity with with permitting processes for event locations (venue, city and state agency requirements)
Managing and overseeing onsite staff and vendors
Cross-team communications on relevant production updates
Qualification
Required
4-10+ years experience with brand event production, mastery from A to Z / ideation to post-production
