They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead OEM sales growth, strengthen distribution partnerships, and mentor a team of Territory Sales Representatives in a high-potential region.

Responsibilities

Grow OEM sales through proactive outreach, engineering collaboration, and technical problem-solving

Strengthen and expand key distribution partnerships to drive pull-through revenue

Coach, mentor, and elevate a team of Territory Sales Representatives across the region

Build a culture rooted in accountability, productivity, consistency, and positivity

Exceed revenue and margin goals across a fast-growing, strategically important territory

Required

Proven experience selling to design engineers in OEM environments

Experience in proactive outreach and technical problem-solving

Ability to strengthen and expand key distribution partnerships

Experience in coaching, mentoring, and elevating sales teams

Ability to build a culture rooted in accountability, productivity, consistency, and positivity

Proven ability to exceed revenue and margin goals

Demonstrated OEM success in influencing design engineers and navigating technical buying cycles

Strong data-driven strategic planning skills

Strong business acumen to challenge assumptions and influence decision-makers

Consultative selling skills to diagnose problems and position solutions
