Responsibilities

Deliver on-site and remote assistance to teams implementing AI solutions. Adapt general training materials to address specific operational contexts, illustrating how AI applications enhance efficiency and quality within distinct roles
Identify and engage individuals or groups expressing reservations about AI adoption. Address concerns directly, offer clear reassurances, and demonstrate tangible benefits to foster increased confidence and acceptance
Provide specialized, high-level guidance to senior leadership. Ensure executives attain proficiency with advanced AI platforms, enabling them to set a standard for organizational adoption
Systematically collect and analyze user feedback regarding tool performance and usability. Communicate findings to engineering and product teams to facilitate continuous improvement of AI solutions
Organize supplementary training sessions, including office hours and clinics, following initial deployment. Collaborate with training leads to modify instructional materials in real time, aligning content with observed user needs
