Responsibilities

Creating detailed process design documents to guide automation development
Developing automation-level insights dashboards and integrating automation metrics into business unit dashboards
Ensuring Development, QA, and Operations teams fully understand project scope and requirements during transitions
Engaging with business units to understand processes, document requirements, and draft process design documents

Required

Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor's degree
Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
Must have an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
Ability to thrive in a team environment and work independently
Analytical skills
Communication Skills - Verbal and Written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
