Responsibilities
Lead with compassion as you guide potential clients through the initial stages of their legal journey, understanding their emotional and financial stakes
Operate strategically by conducting consultative sales conversations, identifying needs, and persuasively articulating the value of our representation
Demonstrate excellence in your craft
Schedule a minimum of 8+ Paid Legal Strategy Sessions per week
Convert leads into 3+ new client retainers per week
Play a direct role in fostering growth for our clients by providing access to expert counsel, and for the firm by building a robust pipeline
Qualification
Required
3+ years in a performance-driven sales role with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
Experience with the full sales cycle: qualifying, presenting, handling objections, and closing
Superior communication and negotiation skills
Professional demeanor to build immediate credibility
Preferred
A Bachelor's degree is preferred
