Responsibilities
Operate automated manufacturing equipment such as solder paste printers, reflow ovens, inspection tools, and other machinery used in the SMT process
Set up machines, load basic programs, and perform routine maintenance to keep production running smoothly
Monitor production flow and perform basic inspections to ensure quality standards are met
Assist in identifying and resolving simple equipment or process issues with guidance from senior technicians or engineers
Follow written instructions, diagrams, and standard operating procedures to support accurate component placement and assembly
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
Work closely with team members to improve efficiency and processes over time
Follow all company safety and quality policies
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Basic mechanical or machine operation aptitude (comfortable working with tools or machinery)
Willingness to learn technical processes and follow detailed instructions
Good hand-eye coordination and strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Basic computer skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred
0–2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing, production, or mechanical environment preferred, but not required
Technical training, mechanical coursework, or related hands-on experience is a plus
No prior experience in electronics manufacturing required training will be provided for candidates with the right aptitude
