They are seeking an experienced Field Network Engineer to lead field installations, troubleshooting, and system design while mentoring team members and ensuring high standards in project completion.

Responsibilities

Install, program, and maintain radios, network components, and security systems
Troubleshoot and repair communication and security equipment in the field and in-house
Work with small teams of technicians and ensure projects are completed accurately and on time
Collaborate with the sales and service teams to design and deliver customer solutions
Train customers and team members on new products and technologies
Maintain detailed service records and uphold company safety and quality standards

Qualification

Two-way radio installationWireless communication systemsNetworking skillsTroubleshooting skillsLeadership skillsCustomer serviceRelevant certificationsCommunication skills

Required

Proven experience installing and supporting two-way radio, wireless communication, or security systems
Strong networking and troubleshooting skills (routers, switches, firewalls, IP-based systems)
Leadership skills with the ability to coach and support field technicians
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Valid driver's license, clean record, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred

Relevant certifications (Motorola, RF, networking, or security systems) are a plus
