Responsibilities

Apply process engineering expertise to design innovative, long-term solutions aligned with strategic objectives

Lead projects focused on core business processes to improve client and employee experience, reduce expense, and increase revenue

Partner with stakeholders to evaluate and implement new technologies and processes that deliver consistency and scalability

Create and maintain documentation for process evaluations and recommendations

Use tools such as process mapping and mining to assess capability and identify optimization opportunities; communicate findings to stakeholders to develop specifications

Leverage technical documentation and project artifacts to deliver improved resiliency, monitoring, and high availability

Collaborate across Next Gen Enterprise Transformation and cross-functional teams to foster openness and inclusiveness while delivering measurable results

Stay adaptable as responsibilities may evolve with changing business needs

Required

Bachelor's Degree required; Bachelor's in Computer Science or Operational Excellence preferred

5+ years of experience as a Business or Systems Analysts and/or Process Engineer

Strong presentation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels

Expertise in process simulations, SOP development, and process engineering tools

High-level knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA tools), such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere

Analytical thinker with a focus on coordinating intake processes, gathering business and technical requirements, and serving as the primary liaison across teams

Ability to lead cross-functional meetings, manage multiple projects, and ensure deadlines are met with minimal oversight
