Responsibilities
Ensure the quality, reliability, and overall health of data pipelines
Partner with data scientists, traders, and quantitative researchers to understand requirements and use cases
Detect and resolve source data quality issues that could impact downstream metrics
Assist in transitioning data pipelines and analytics tools to enterprise-wide standards and improve processes for future adoption
Collaborate with the broader data organization to enhance platform functionality
Map business workflows to ETL jobs and own end-to-end data pipelines
Continuously improve metrics dashboards and associated user interfaces
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in building and managing data-processing pipelines
Strong skills in SQL and Python
Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., PySpark) and large-scale, complex data transformations
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Preferred
Experience with lightweight UI or dashboarding frameworks (e.g., Dash)
