Recruiting Coordinator

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will support the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and creating job postings, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Responsibilities

Manage Interviews: Coordinate onsite and remote interviews, create schedules, and confirm logistics with candidates and hiring teams. Handle travel arrangements and logistics planning as needed
Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates, answering questions, and ensuring a positive candidate experience
Job Postings: Create and publish job postings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates and manage candidate inquiries and applications
Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks including maintaining the active open requisition list, collecting required pre-employment paperwork, preparing formal interview schedules, compiling offer letter details and sending to the appropriate HR division, and providing support to internal recruiters and search firm partners as needed
Initiative & Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, anticipate the needs of the TA team, and take ownership of tasks with minimal direction

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a similar role
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work proactively, and manage priorities independently
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Greenhouse and/or comparable ATS/HRMS systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
