Manage sales tax returns, accounts payable, payroll processing, and benefits administration with precision
Maintain and reconcile subsidiary accounts and the general ledger, preparing trial balances and ensuring accuracy in all entries
Perform bank reconciliations across multiple accounts
Oversee accounts payable using Bill.com, ensuring vendors are paid promptly and accurately
Develop and maintain the chart of accounts and systems for tracking financial transactions
Keep meticulous historical records by organizing and filing all supporting documents
Prepare clear, comprehensive financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account data and trends
Collaborate with the finance team to meet deadlines and contribute to special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
College level coursework in accounting
Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and Bill.com management
Strong understanding of cashflow management and cash management standards
Ability to analyze point-of-sale (POS) data and extract actionable insights
Excellent data entry and accounting reporting skills
Exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality, and thoroughness in all work
