Responsibilities

Provide hands-on technical support for food and beverage applications, including formulation development, pilot trials, and commercial scale-up

Collaborate with Sales and Go-To-Market teams to identify customer needs and recommend tailored ingredient solutions

Travel with Sales to customer meetings and represent Hydrite at industry trade shows and technical presentations

Build and maintain strong relationships with technical contacts at customer accounts

Prepare prototypes and presentations to showcase Hydrite’s portfolio, including dairy protein optimization, acidulants, sequestrants, and sanitation solutions

Support ingredient sourcing and specification development in collaboration with Procurement and Quality teams

Maintain accurate records of customer projects and activities in CRM systems

Assist in building product documentation, label declarations, and technical data sheets

Maintain a clean and organized lab environment in accordance with GMP standards

Serve as backup to the Technical Service Manager as needed
