Responsibilities
Collaborate with business partners to implement and migrate to the DomaniRx platform
Utilize knowledge of pharmacy claims and claims processing at SS&C to identify and resolve defects and issues
Track and resolve defects using defect tracking tools and methodologies
Develop and validate test cases to ensure successful migration to DomaniRx
Work with business partners to design and implement Rework solutions on the DomaniRx platform
Attend project calls and meetings to represent Rework and provide input on implementation and migration plans
Utilize basic understanding of SQL or comparable tool, and data management to validate test cases and ensure data integrity
Provide support and guidance to team members on processes and procedures on the DomaniRx platform
Identify and implement process improvements to increase Rework efficiency and productivity
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in pharmacy claims and claims processing at SS&C
Strong understanding of Rework Operations and its role in the claims processing cycle
Experience with defect tracking and resolution using tools such as Jira and QTest
Basic understanding of SQL or comparable tool, and data management principles
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with business partners and team members
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and resolve complex issues
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Preferred
Experience with the DomaniRx platform or similar pharmacy claims processing systems
Advanced understanding of SQL or comparable tool, and data management principles
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Microsoft PowerBI
