OEM Renewals & Program Operations Manager

Adapture is seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven professional to join their team as an OEM Renewals & Program Operations Manager. This role is responsible for managing the operational backbone of OEM maintenance and licensing renewals, ensuring accurate execution of customer success plans for top accounts, and maintaining alignment with Cisco’s 360 Partner Program.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end renewals operations process for OEM software and hardware maintenance contracts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
Oversee contract data validation, entitlement alignment, and error resolution in renewal quotes and install base reports
Build standardized renewal tracking and reporting processes to ensure proactive visibility of upcoming expirations
Partner with internal sales teams to ensure accurate pricing, discounting, and contract documentation
Support the creation and execution of Customer Success Plans (CSPs) by maintaining data integrity, templates, and progress tracking for top accounts
Collaborate with Account Managers and Solutions Architects to identify adoption barriers, drive expansion opportunities, and mitigate renewal risks
Consolidate telemetry, adoption metrics, and lifecycle reporting into operational dashboards that support internal stakeholders
Monitor account risk and renewal health metrics; escalate findings to Account Teams
Ensure consistent documentation and reporting of success plan milestones to measure impact and improve scalability
Own the operational alignment with Cisco’s 360 Partner Program, ensuring that program compliance and reporting standards are met
Track, analyze, and report on services attach rates, certifications, specializations, and incentive performance
Maintain internal documentation and processes to meet Cisco program audits and requirements
Educate internal stakeholders on Cisco program updates, tools, and best practices to maximize program value
Ontime Renewals

Expansion revenue (upsell/cross-sell contributions)

Required

3+ years of experience in renewals operations, licensing administration, or partner program compliance (Cisco experience strongly preferred)
Experience working with Distribution Partners (TD Synnex, Ingram Micro, Arrow, etc)
Solid knowledge of Cisco Enterprise Agreements (EA 3.0), Smart Accounts, licensing models, and partner compliance requirements
Proven ability to manage operational processes, including data validation, reporting, and documentation
Advanced Excel/Power BI skills for reporting and metrics tracking; experience with Cisco tools (EAMP, PXP, CX Cloud) is a plus
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
Strong communication skills to coordinate across sales, success, and vendor teams
