PLS Customer Service Representative

Solventum is a new healthcare company focused on improving lives through innovative solutions. The Customer Service Representative will coordinate the delivery and return of rental units for home therapy, interact with patients and healthcare providers, and manage order details to ensure timely service.

Responsibilities

Scheduling the delivery of rental units for patients’ home therapy within required timelines following order release
Coordinating the timely return of Solventum rental units from patients after discharge so devices can be available to support the next patient in need
Interacting with patients, home health agencies, and doctors’ offices via inbound and outbound calls, texts, and written correspondence/email to secure information needed for delivery and return of equipment
Reviewing order notes, documents on file, prior orders, and other available resources to determine appropriate next steps for each order on the assigned worklist
Participating in all reasonable work activities as assigned and deemed appropriate by management, including occasional overtime, to support business and patient needs

Required

High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND Two (2) years of customer service experience
One (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred

Ability to multitask and toggle between 4–5 different systems (such as dual-screen environments)
Strong typing and data entry skills
Experience working with a dialer or in a phone-based customer service environment
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, conveying a positive, customer-focused and team-oriented attitude
Consistent adherence to work schedule commitments, ability to work with minimal supervision, and flexibility to support schedule adjustments based on call volumes or staffing needs
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all business dealings
