Responsibilities
Maintain current knowledge of program guidelines and procedures
Respond to program inquiries via telephone and email in a timely, professional, helpful, and courteous manner
Work with distributed generation and/or community solar companies (both over the phone and via email) on their program registrations and annual renewal applications
Document, review, follow up on an approved registrations and renewal applications received
Use general knowledge, program guidebook, data stored in knowledge-base, and other sources of information to answer registrant questions and/or resolve issues
Forward inquiries to appropriate parties when not able to resolve and maintain ownership by tracking and following up to ensure resolution
Participate in video conference calls, including presenting to the client
Manage or contribute to ad hoc projects
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional work experience
Competency with technical topics
Strong writing and verbal communication skills
Ability to function as a team player and multi-task between various projects to help meet and exceed program goals
Experience using Microsoft Office
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM preferred
