Responsibilities

Develop and distribute engaging internal communications, including drafting e-mail copy, designing HTMLs, and sharing announcements and updates, to ensure employees are informed and aligned with RLB goals

Collaborate with leadership to draft internal memos, talking points, and presentations

Manage intranet content, ensuring it is current, relevant, and user-friendly

Assist in creating and executing external communication strategies to enhance brand awareness

Draft press releases, website news posts, social media content, and marketing collateral

Support media relations, including drafting copy and quotes and liaising with the PR representative

Monitor media coverage and industry trends to inform communication strategies

Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all internal and external communications

Support the development and maintenance of branded templates and resources relating to internal and external communications

Coordinate communication initiatives and campaigns across departments, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational objectives

Track and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies, offering insights for continuous improvement
