The Customer Advocate will be responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
3 years of provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing experience in a healthcare or health insurance environment
Experience in provider outreach and making decisions
Ability to respond quickly to questions
Data entry and/or typing experience
Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Detail-oriented
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
5 years of provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing experience
6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
