Responsibilities
Work events and post events as needed
Lead a diverse team and engage in regular client interaction
Ensure quality services are provided at the site in alignment with contractual agreements and budgetary requirements
Achieve operational and financial goals
Plan and direct activities to promote project profitability
Meet financial objectives by controlling expenses, retaining current customer(s), and expanding billable services
Assess contract requirements and develop work plans to provide services in a timely, cost-effective manner
Develop and maintain close relationship with customers
Conduct inspections, discuss special needs or changes in service, and plan for future customer needs
Provide customers with information regarding additional services available at ABM
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve pending complaints/feedback
Regular contact with customer to ensure services meet service contract requirements and promote customer retention
Inform management and leadership of status of work and identify potential issues
Participate in regular meetings and calls to review project specific issues
Independently plan activities to meet objectives and keep leadership informed of business issues
Work closely with frontline personnel to meet customer requirements and determine training needs
Recommend staffing levels and work with management and HR to hire, train, and evaluate staff
Understand applicable union contracts and develop effective working relationships with local labor unions
Develop and maintain solid relationships with customers and increase billable services
Qualification
Required

Excellent follow-up and an eye for detail
Anticipates problems and proactively implements preventative action plans
Flexibility to respond to urgent client requests on evenings and weekends when necessary
Technical savvy and ability to use MS Office Suite, Smart Phones, Internet and other job related applications
Excellent verbal and written business communication skills
Preferred
Understanding of the service industry practices, process and trends
Prior management or supervisor experience in the sports and/or entertainment fields
Solid accounting and business acumen
