Titan Technologies is seeking an AI/ML Lead Engineer to support a mission-focused Government customer by delivering the full lifecycle of services needed to advance and modernize critical software capabilities. The role involves leading the creation of analytic platforms and AI/ML methodologies, including predictive analytics and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

Lead the definition, development, and delivery of machine models and AI solutions
Lead the testing, deploying, and maintaining of AI systems
Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency
Manage the data flow and infrastructure for AI deployment
Architect and design, with the Chief Engineer, AI software systems
Develop scalable enterprise architectures in alignment with DoD and IC standards
Architect ETL processes, data flows, and schemas translations

Qualification

Required

Active DoD TS clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Poly
8+ years of experience in AI/ML implementation
Experience developing, training, and deploying ML models in AWS, Azure, or GCP
Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, and other deep learning techniques
Proven ability to analyze large datasets and optimize model performance
Experience supporting or working within the Intelligence Community (IC)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (8+ years relevant experience)

Preferred

SAFe Agilist or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
Experience with secure application development
Willing to take a polygraph
Experience with software lifecycle management
Experience with DoD-compliant cloud environments
Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field
