Program Manager, Transformation
IonQ is developing the world's most powerful full-stack quantum computer based on trapped-ion technology. As a Transformation Program Manager, you will drive multiple workstreams, coordinate business reviews, and partner with functional leaders to deliver on transformation objectives.

Responsibilities
Orchestrate MBR/QBR events and artifacts; drive timely prep, reads, and action items
Partner with FP&A and operational teams to maintain executive scorecards
Track OKRs and dependencies across functions; highlight trade-offs and blockers
Develop and implement transformation plans, including timelines and resource allocation
Align functional workstreams with transformation objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful transformation execution
Monitor transformation progress and ensure adherence to timelines
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact transformation completion
Identify and manage conflicts, working with stakeholders to negotiate mitigation
Drive critical path and dependency resolution
Run stand-ups, status reads, and readiness reviews
Qualification
Required
8+ years managing complex, cross-functional programs
BA/BS required
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
Preferred
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience managing prior transformations in complex matrix organizations
Change management and communications planning experience
