Responsibilities
Document current sales operational workflows and propose actionable optimizations to reduce bottlenecks and improve cross-functional speed and clarity
Act as a central communication hub between the Sales team and support functions, ensuring all project dependencies are met on schedule and blockers are clearly escalated
Assist in gathering user requirements, testing, and documenting training materials for new sales technology rollouts to ensure high adoption rates across the field organization
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related analytical field
Proven ability to define, map, and document business processes using logical flowcharts or diagrams
Foundational knowledge of CRM systems and intermediate proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel or Google Sheets to present operational metrics
Motivated self-starter with a passion for innovation and technology
Preferred
Previous internship or co-op experience working specifically within a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Go-to-Market strategy function
Advanced working knowledge of Salesforce administration, reporting, or specific Sales Enablement platforms
