Extensive experience managing complex security and privacy contracting terms with third parties
Expertise in privacy and security contract drafting
Strong understanding of privacy and cyber laws
Comfort navigating risk discussions
Clear understanding of the distinction between commercial and regulatory contracting
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across infosec, privacy, risk, procurement, and various business units
Strategic approach that balances business enablement with strict adherence to regulatory requirements
