Responsibilities
Oversee monthly revenue processing and reporting
Ensure accurate revenue recognition per US GAAP and internal policies
Document and follow revenue-related policies and procedures
Maintain compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and internal controls
Collect, validate, and analyze production, sales, and pricing data
Act as liaison with internal and external auditors
Prepare monthly volumetric reporting
Lead revenue integration for acquisitions and divestitures
Mentor, coach, and develop team members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
8+ years in oil & gas revenue and general ledger accounting
5+ years in a similar role
Experience with SAP and revenue accrual concepts
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proven relationship-building abilities across teams
Preferred
Experience with workflow optimization and automation solutions
Familiarity with new reporting technologies
Ability to suggest and implement process improvements
