Add Talent is a Salesforce Partner that helps businesses enhance customer experience through intelligent contact center solutions. The Salesforce Consultant will lead the design and delivery of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and telephony integrations, optimizing workflows and advising clients on best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and telephony integrations
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable voice-enabled Salesforce solutions
Configure Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, CTI, and Voice features to optimize agent and customer workflows
Integrate Salesforce with leading telephony platforms like Amazon Connect, Twilio, Genesys, or NICE
Design and implement call flows, screen pops, call routing, and transcription features
Advise clients on architecture, best practices, and performance optimization
Collaborate with developers to support custom integrations and API solutions
Oversee testing, deployment, and user training for seamless adoption
Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve the contact center experience

Required

3+ years of Salesforce consulting or implementation experience
Strong background in Service Cloud and Salesforce Voice
Proven experience with CTI or telephony integrations
Solid understanding of contact center operations (ACD, IVR, call routing, KPIs)
Familiarity with Amazon Connect, Twilio, Five9, or similar platforms
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Salesforce certifications such as Administrator or Service Cloud Consultant preferred
Knowledge of Omni-Channel, Einstein Voice, or AI contact center tools a plus
