Responsibilities
Set the strategy and narrative. Define the multi year KYA vision and positioning. Establish the problem statements and the category language for agent trust
Ship zero to one. Run discovery, validation, and launch for token based and tokenless agent verification flows. Prove value with design partners and move quickly to GA
Compose high signal solutions. Combine device and network intelligence, behavioral analytics, document checks for human agents, and graph based risk models to score and verify agents in real time
Orchestrate in RiskOS. Use the workflow engine, Hosted UX, and agentic decisioning to create adaptive policies, reviewer copilots, and outcome driven checks that learn from feedback
Own product outcomes. Define success metrics, SLAs, and a learning agenda. Instrument experiments, iterate on signals, and raise precision and recall in production
Lead the GTM motion. Partner with Sales, PMM, and Growth to land lighthouse customers, build a repeatable pitch, and enable the field. Shape pricing and packaging across per event APIs and subscriptions
Build the ecosystem. Drive partnerships and integrations with AI platforms, marketplaces, and trust and safety tools. Launch programs like a Verified Agent badge and reference architectures
Align on standards and policy. Work with Legal, Compliance, and Partnerships on emerging regulatory frameworks and industry standards for agent identity and accountability
Elevate execution. Rally engineering, data science, and design around crisp plans. Keep velocity high and quality high
Qualification
Required
5 or more years in product management for B2B platforms, identity, security, fraud, or developer infrastructure
A proven zero to one record shipping complex technical products with cross functional teams
Strong grasp of identity verification, KYC or KYB, risk based decisioning, and how these map to agent and bot detection
API first mindset and experience with orchestrated workflows and developer experience
Systems thinking across two sided platforms. You can serve agents, platforms, and relying parties without creating friction
Clear communication and executive presence. You translate technical depth into business impact and customer value
Preferred
Experience with AI platform ecosystems, marketplaces, or autonomous agents
Familiarity with privacy, FCRA, and evolving global standards
Exposure to RiskOS or similar low code orchestration platforms
Background with identity graphs and persistent identity products
