Front Office & Customer Service Manager

EPIC Behavioral Healthcare is dedicated to expanding substance use and mental health services. The Front Office & Customer Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of the medical front office, manage Patient Care Specialists, and ensure high-quality service delivery while implementing cost-efficiency measures.

Responsibilities

Maintaining a respectful standard of care for all clients where the client comes first
Consistently manage the ever changing daily challenges
Have experience with centralized scheduling
Must have experience in a Behavioral Health Environment
Must have experience/proficiency with an electronic health record database
Manage financial responsibilities involving co-pay, collections weekly
Working independently with minimum supervision. Able to follow and enforce established procedures, timelines, and expectations
Required to work some evening hours
Must have proven experience in managing customer service employees
The position requires the supervision of administrative staff, appointment scheduling, client records maintenance, supply management, collecting and reporting data, new patient registration, check-in, and check-out processes, answering and directing telephone calls, general secretarial and clerical duties, and other duties as required

Required

Supervising Experience of multiple staff in multiple locations of 5+ years
Behavioral Health care office experience 3+ years
Considerable knowledge of standard office procedures and technology
Be Motivated, Be organized, a self-starter, a leader, and a compassionate person
Advanced EMR experience
Current valid driver's license in the State of Florida
Level 2 background screen and a negative drug screen
Professional References
Must have reliable transportation to our St. Augustine Campus and/or Bunnell Campuses
Must have experience with centralized scheduling
Must have experience/proficiency with an electronic health record database
Manage financial responsibilities involving co-pay, collections weekly
Working independently with minimum supervision. Able to follow and enforce established procedures, timelines, and expectations
Required to work some evening hours
Must have proven experience in managing customer service employees
