Oral arguments, mediation, and negotiation in litigation

Trademark prosecution

Counseling of clients regarding trademarks

Freedom-to-operate / non-infringement opinions regarding trademarks

Patent prosecution

Counseling of clients regarding patents

Freedom-to-operate / non-infringement opinions regarding patents
