Legal Coordinator

They are seeking a Legal Coordinator who will oversee a range of legal functions vital to their operations, including contract negotiation, compliance, and debt collection efforts.

Responsibilities

Review, negotiate, and draft contracts on the firm's behalf to ensure our interests are properly protected
Document and oversee compliance with contract terms
Perform legal research on applicable laws and regulations
Assist in the development of internal policies and procedures
Engage and oversee legal counsel to draft and/or update common corporate documents, such as, board resolutions, employment agreements, etc
Engage and oversee legal counsel to prepare and send demand letters for outstanding debts, developing effective strategies for debt recovery
Assist in identifying legal risks and provide strategies for mitigation

Required

Bachelor's degree required
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time
Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
Must be able to reach, push, pull, bend, squat
Must have a valid driver's license
