The role involves owning core parts of the go-to-market engine, generating pipeline, leading outbound campaigns, and building systems to scale growth operations.

Responsibilities

Drive topline growth by owning a fast-paced, high-leverage GTM motion
Identify, qualify, and engage high-value prospects across enterprise, nonprofit, government, and political sectors
Lead creative, data-driven outbound campaigns and consistently exceed pipeline targets
Build internal tools, automations, and integrations to streamline GTM workflows using tools like Make, Clay, Unify, and Cursor
Improve data visibility and reporting across CRM, analytics, and enrichment platforms
Identify bottlenecks across growth operations and engineer scalable, repeatable solutions
Contribute to projects across growth marketing, operations, and strategy
Bring creative energy and problem-solving to an early-stage team where every idea can influence the company’s trajectory

Required

Highly motivated, scrappy, autonomous, and results-oriented — you execute with urgency and ownership
Entrepreneurial mindset paired with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Apollo.io) and comfort navigating technical or data systems
Bachelor's degree

Preferred

Experience with no-code tools (Cursor, Make) or coding environments is a plus
Experience at a startup or in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is preferred
