Apply design criteria across multiple locations with varying dimensions by evaluating needs and exploring layout options
Produce detailed layout and production drawings, including dimensions, item tags, and title blocks
Qualification
Required
5+ years of relevant experience in CAD design for commercial interior environments, including office spaces, warehouses, restaurants/kitchens, or similar settings
Strong understanding of applicable building codes and standards related to commercial design
Design and develop 2D layouts for various departments, back-of-house team member spaces, and offices
Apply design criteria across multiple locations with varying dimensions by evaluating needs and exploring layout options
Produce detailed layout and production drawings, including dimensions, item tags, and title blocks
Proficiency in 2D CAD software required
Preferred
Working knowledge of 3D design software is a plus
