Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support, video, phone, and chat)

Assisting customers with their tax returns

Ability to navigate multiple software applications and job aids to research and provide guidance on complex tax questions and preparing tax returns

Create an excellent customer experience using your tax experience and research capabilities

Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Responsible for documenting notes and interactions with customers

Training will be provided

Roles Requires candidate to be on Camera with NO EXCEPTION

This role will also require Typing and Chat support on an as needed basis

Role will be held to meet multiple KPI standards on a weekly basis. You will be expected to maintain KPI standards to remain is good standing on your assignment

Average hours vary each week and can be from 2 to 25 hours during the Season an 30+ during April Peak Demand

Hours are not guaranteed as they are demand generated and based on the Assessment Level you pass

Overtime is currently not approved (daily or weekly). Overtime may be approved if there is an unexpected increase in demand
