Healthcare Strategy Advisor - Healthcare Executive Advisory Board Member
Alzheimer’s Treatment Centers of America (ATCA) is seeking a senior Healthcare Strategy Advisor to join its Medical Advisory Board and support the strategic expansion of a next-generation Alzheimer’s treatment platform nationwide. This role involves shaping ATCA’s long-term growth strategy, market positioning, and expansion roadmap while ensuring alignment with clinical excellence and operational scalability.

Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Expansion: Provide guidance on market entry strategy, geographic expansion, and clinic rollout prioritization across the U.S
Business Model & Economics: Advise on refining unit economics, pricing strategy, payer mix optimization, and sustainable growth models for multi-clinic healthcare operations
Health System & Payer Strategy: Support strategies related to payer relationships, Medicare and Medicare Advantage positioning, referral pathways, and health system partnerships
Precision Medicine Strategy: Guide how ATCA’s AI-powered clinical model and precision medicine protocols should be positioned and scaled within the broader healthcare landscape
Competitive & Market Intelligence: Provide insight into competitive dynamics, emerging care models, and industry trends that may impact ATCA’s growth trajectory
Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technology leaders to ensure strategy execution aligns with real-world healthcare delivery constraints
Long-Term Vision & Roadmap: Support the development of ATCA’s long-term strategic roadmap, including future service lines, partnerships, and platform expansion opportunities
Qualification
Required
Experience as a healthcare strategist, executive, or physician-leader
Proven track record of leading growth initiatives, market expansion, or system-level transformation across healthcare organizations
Ability to shape long-term growth strategy, market positioning, and expansion roadmap
Experience evaluating strategic opportunities and refining expansion plans
Knowledge of AI-driven precision medicine models
Expertise in market entry strategy, geographic expansion, and clinic rollout prioritization
Advisory experience on unit economics, pricing strategy, payer mix optimization, and sustainable growth models
Understanding of payer relationships, Medicare and Medicare Advantage positioning, and health system partnerships
Ability to provide competitive and market intelligence insights
Experience collaborating with clinical, operational, and technology leaders
