The role involves full P&L responsibility, developing go-to-market strategies, and building a high-performing sales team to drive growth and improve market share.

Responsibilities
Full P&L responsibility for the region
The go-to-market strategy across equipment, racking, rentals, and automation
Hiring, developing, and leading a high-performing sales team (8–12 reps, with room to grow)
Forecasting, pipeline discipline, and deal strategy on larger opportunities
Direct partnership with ownership and executive leadership on growth initiatives
Ongoing collaboration with operations, service, supply chain, and finance to improve execution and efficiency
Time in the field with reps, not managing from a desk
Qualification
Required
Proven sales leader with material handling experience (Class I–III)
Experience in full P&L responsibility
Ability to set go-to-market strategy across equipment, racking, rentals, and automation
Experience in hiring, developing, and leading a high-performing sales team (8–12 reps, with room to grow)
Strong forecasting, pipeline discipline, and deal strategy skills on larger opportunities
Experience in direct partnership with ownership and executive leadership on growth initiatives
Ability to collaborate with operations, service, supply chain, and finance to improve execution and efficiency
Willingness to spend time in the field with reps, not managing from a desk
