Responsibilities
Remotely monitor network connectivity and speed
Go on-site if there is a critical situation
Remote troubleshooting of network and systems issues
Lead and partake in incident response
Perform a root cause analysis, and escalate to the engineering team when needed
Report to the Network Operations Senior Manager
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT Support role
Experience troubleshooting Cisco IOS
Experience troubleshooting Cisco routing and switching
Experience troubleshooting Windows, Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange
Experience troubleshooting VMware
Preferred
Familiarity of HA concepts and technology
