Responsibilities

Ensure compliance within the maintenance team

Improve processes and find efficiencies in workflow

Troubleshoot and implement cost-saving techniques and recommend improvements

Lead in the management, training and retention of quality employees

Consistently review pending work orders and allocate them appropriately

Maintain monthly and yearly budget overages

Facilitate property maintenance issues, including scheduling regular maintenance and repair, negotiating contracts with vendors and conducting property inspections

Review turns and make-ready schedule and delegate work to proper work groups

Qualification

Property Maintenance ExperienceYardi SoftwareHVAC CertificationPool CertificationManagement Experience

Required

Proven experience in Property Maintenance

Three years' experience as a Manager/Supervisor

HVAC certified

Pool certification

Valid Driver's License

Preferred

Experience utilizing Yardi

High school diploma or equivalent
