Customer Support Consultant - Evening Shift (Remote from Croatia)
Sendcloud is a company that provides an all-in-one shipping solution for e-commerce businesses. They are seeking a Customer Support Consultant to assist B2B customers with their inquiries and help them navigate the shipping tool effectively.

Responsibilities
Help and inform customers so they make the right decisions themselves
Help them with questions about their shipments that they have created within our #1 shipping tool
Ensure that our B2B customer group gets the help they need in a professional way
Come up with solutions where necessary to make improvements
Responsible for webcare
Handling inbound calls
Chats & tickets (via the Zendesk system)
Answering questions about various topics such as software, shipments, and other issues customers can encounter
Qualification
Required
Customer Support is totally your thing: you are a good listener and you like to help, advise and find solutions
Your communication skills are 💯
Fluent in English (and a second language such as: Dutch/Spanish/French/Italian/German)
Multitasking is your second nature and you have a pro-active and commercial mindset
You want to grow along with Sendcloud and are available full-time (40 hours/week) - your working day starts at 14:30 PM and ends around 11:30 PM (Monday - Friday)
You are based in the Netherlands
Preferred
Previous experience in Customer Support is a big plus
Knowledge of online products / e-commerce and/or SaaS (Software as a Service) is big plus
