Responsibilities
Manage daily operations within a specific production area, ensuring output meets quality and efficiency goals
Lead and supervise area personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance management
Monitor production metrics such as throughput, downtime, and defect rates; implement corrective actions as needed
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, quality, logistics) to resolve issues and optimize workflow
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the area
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, applying lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
Report area performance to senior production leadership and contribute to broader operational planning
All other duties assigned

Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to read and interpret diagrams, BOMs, and instructions
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Proficiency in production planning tools and ERP systems
Solid understanding of quality control, safety standards, and lean methodologies
Must be able to maintain a safe working environment
Ability to trouble shoot and solve problems as they arise
3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred
