Responsibilities
You will be a critical post-deal liaison between the Client, Brokers, and the Sales Team. We are looking for a professional who can conduct operational resolve complex inquiries, and ensure exceptional service delivery across all phases of the customer lifecycle following contract execution
You will be the primary contact for brokers and sales representatives. You will navigate post-deal inquiries, including enrollment issues, billing inquiries, regulatory complaints, tax exemptions, and early termination scenarios
You will conduct complex operational analyses to support informed decision-making within the department , being a trusted advisor to all partners
You bring experience with the retail energy and gas market, demonstrate a winning attitude, and excels where customer advocacy are important
Qualification
Required
High School Grad / GED
Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
Experience: 2 years
