[Vigloo] Producer (Vertical Short Drama)
SpoonLabs is looking for a Vigloo US Producer to join their team in Los Angeles, focusing on creating high-quality, immersive vertical video content. The Producer will manage the entire production process, from pre-production through to final delivery, ensuring collaboration across creative and operational teams.

Responsibilities
Review provided scripts and creative materials to develop clear, actionable production plans
Build pre-production workflows that streamline scheduling, budgeting, casting coordination, and location planning
Confirm that all materials are feasible for production and aligned with project goals
Identify operational challenges early and propose solutions that maintain the intended creative vision while ensuring practical execution
Lead all stages of production, from prep to wrap, ensuring smooth, high-quality execution under tight schedules
Direct on-set operations and maintain clear communication across departments
Uphold creative integrity while managing time, budget, and resource constraints
Oversee editing, sound, and VFX to ensure consistent storytelling and brand alignment
Provide actionable feedback on pacing, tone, and structure to elevate creative output
Maintain Vigloo’s standards for quality, security, and compliance across all deliverables
Document best practices and continuously refine workflows for scalability and efficiency
Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and co-production partners, ensuring transparency and accountability
Serve as a key liaison between creative, production, post, and business teams — including Finance, Marketing, and Operations
Communicate progress clearly, anticipate risks, and align stakeholders around shared priorities
Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented culture across departments
Partner with the marketing team to identify key storytelling moments for promotional campaigns and CPI optimization
Analyze audience data and feedback to inform creative and production strategies
Apply insights to enhance storytelling, engagement, and content performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience leading full-cycle production across film, television, or short-form digital content—ideally within vertical or mobile-first formats
Demonstrated mastery of creative and operational workflows, including development, production, post-production, and final delivery, all within accelerated timelines and budget constraints
Proven ability to stay composed under pressure, paired with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
Flexibility to work effectively across multiple time zones
Excellent communication and leadership capabilities, with experience guiding cross-functional teams spanning creative, marketing, and business operations
Deep understanding of audience behavior and digital-first storytelling, with a sharp sense of what resonates and performs on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
Able to work on-site at the office when required
Must have legal authorization to work in the United States, including valid work-eligible visa status
Preferred
Proficiency in Mandarin or Korean is a plus
Experience in startups or high-growth media companies
