Required

Windows 10&11 experience with installation and troubleshooting
Extensive knowledge of IT hardware and software
Knowledge of Active Directory and infrastructure tools (security/patching software)

Build, configure, deploy Windows-based PCs in a lab and manufacturing environment
Troubleshoot issues on lab/manufacturing PCs
Monitor ticket queue
Work directly with customers on resolving their issues
BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
