Responsibilities
Installation and Configuration of Starburst
Coordinate /Plan and Execution activities related to platform maintenance, Disaster Recovery and Software release management
L3+ escalation for Platform issue resolution, troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Configuration and tuning of production and lower -level environments
Perform Capacity and Stability monitoring – Assist with Platform metrics collection and reporting
Contribute to definition , review, documentation & communication of standards and Best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Computer Science
Hands on experience with Starburst software installation and configuration
Working knowledge of Openshift/Kubernetes
Proven troubleshooting & issues resolution skills
Ability to analyze and communicate root cause and resolution steps
Familiarity with Starburst software Best Practices
Working knowledge of the Starburst software security model and adaptability
Starburst Software installation /Configuration & Openshift containers
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Hands-on installation and configuration experience with Starburst
Experience with connectivity configuration for Starburst
