Responsibilities

Lead and execute month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations

Prepare and review balance sheet and income statement reconciliations, investigating and resolving variances

Support preparation of monthly financial and commission reports, along with ad hoc management analysis

Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, adapting quickly as priorities shift

Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, operations, and other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting

Identify opportunities to improve and streamline accounting processes

Support audits, documentation requests, and special projects as needed
