Responsibilities

Conduct projects to support the safe, reliable, efficient, and cost-effective lithium and other mineral development through the implementation of human performance improvement tools and engineering practices and principles

Support operations at the BHE Renewables direct lithium extraction (DLE) plant in Calipatria, CA

Apply technical expertise to complex projects and develop process enhancements

Collaborate with other engineers in maintaining design efficiencies, engineering and special projects relating to process and operations

Mentor less experienced engineers

Work closely with the team to advance lithium and mineral development
