Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

Educate customers on cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and topicals

Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions using the POS system

Maintain a clean and organized dispensary, including product displays, shelves, and inventory

Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed

Follow all state and federal regulations related to cannabis sales and consumption

Maintain knowledge of current cannabis industry trends and products

Attend training sessions and keep up to date on industry developments

Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Perform other duties as assigned
